A Workover Rig Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and leadership of their assigned rig including managing staff and work schedules efficiently and maintaining productivity standards while working closely with customers ensuring services are being safely provided .

Essential Duties & Responsibilities


+ Plans delivery of service including review of equipment, supplies, and customer specification in preparation for scheduled jobs.

+ Supervises daily field operations for workover crew team(s) and ensures quality delivery to meet customer demands

+ Manages & ensures workover crews performance to meet customer demands

+ Weighs in on hiring, firing, evaluation, and discipline of workover crew members

+ Ensures quality customer relationships on location

+ Manages the performance of the workover crew in the various duties of the rig operation
