Responsibilities

• Supports Country Management and Plants in material shortage escalations to mitigate and minimize damage for LEONI and our customers
• Manages and supports Task Forces with internal and external stakeholders (customers to be aligned with Customer Demand Management and Account Management) for highly critical supply situations
• Collects and recovers all linked non-performance costs in the Task Force from suppliers in close collaboration with Plants and Categories
• Develops and implements efficient processes, methodologies and tools to manage material supply crisis
• Analyzes root causes of supply issues, implements and lives a lesson learned culture and methodology to minimize and avoid repetitive issues
• Takes the lead for allocations of overarching critical parts between affected LEONI plants and projects in close alignment with Customer Demand Management and/or Account Management
