Mandatory Qualifications:

• This position requires at least a bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent from an accredited institution. A copy of the degree must be submitted with the Candidate Proposal Response.


• 84 months experience in working with HL7 ORU and ADT messages including parsing into relational tables and creating messages.


• 84 months experience architecting relation database solutions and working with relational database frameworks such as Spring MVC, myBatis. Experience in design and optimizing queries in RDBMS.


• 84 months experience in architecting on Electronic Clinical Laboratory Reporting System (ECLRS) and Syndromic Surveillance Systems
