Export Manager (NVOCC)

Description

The export manager is responsible for managing export operations & documentation team. They implement, enforce, and monitor operation KPIs, support cost review and control, provide instructions to issue invoices, manage vendors and subcontractors, and act as an escalation point to solve operational issues.

What You'll Do...

• Responsible for day‑to‑day smooth running of LCL operational activities
• Manage shipments tendered to the company to achieve profitability
• Establish and maintain relationships with carriers, forwarders, transporters, warehouse operators, etc.
• Ensure activities comply with corporate compliance, global/local policies and guidelines
• Maintain export documentation requirements in compliance with CBP and other government agencies
