EYFS Teaching Assistant

Overview: Support children in Nursery and Reception, assisting with play-based learning, phonics, early language development, and personal, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the class teacher with EYFS provision

* Assist with indoor and outdoor learning activities

* Promote children's independence and confidence

* Observe and record pupil progress

* Support children with personal care where required

* Create a safe and nurturing learning environment

Ideal Candidate:

* Minimum 3 months' experience in an EYFS, nursery, or primary setting

* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification desirable

* Understanding of the EYFS Framework

* Caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
