Fabric Technician

Role Summary

• Respond to reactive works within the team.
• Ensure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timescales.
• Liaise with client representatives regarding maintenance and repair tasks.
• Undertake site surveys and produce work requests, method statements and risk assessments for planned works.
• Repair floor and wall coverings.
• Carry out ceiling tile repairs and replacements.
• Handle other building and installation works as required.
• Accountable for lighting, general lamp changes, filter changes for AHU’s / FCU’s and basic plumbing requirements.
• Utilise PDA to record work details, key communications and updates.
• Complete reactive, PPM jobs and projects in a timely manner.
