Description:

• Organize and plan a design work schedule to meet deadlines.
• Ensure design, drawings, and all other deliverables meet the requirements and specifications.
• Oversee design preparation are efficient, well-coordinated, practical, and constructible.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings according to project specifications, ensure the design drawings are following the company design guidelines and structural calculations and building integrity.
• Work with the project team, sub‑contractor, supplier, and factory team to ensure works are on schedule.

Requirement

• Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or higher qualifications.
• 3 years experience in the design of window & door, curtain wall, claddings, etc.
• Familiar with Autocad drafting, 3D software.
