Job Description
Summary:
- Location: Kansas City, MO 64120
- Shift: Weekdays 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM [Lunch: 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM]
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with buyers and production leaders to ensure accurate and efficient movement of materials throughout the plant.
- Work with Quality, Inventory Control, and Manufacturing teams to meet production schedules and resolve shipping and receiving issues.
- Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient handling of materials and components for the production/remanufacturing of railroad equipment.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment using the 5S approach.
- Ensure accurate and timely receiving, storage, and delivery of parts and materials.
- Support the production team by delivering materials to the correct locations and resolving inventory discrepancies.
