Job Summary

The Facilities and Maintenance Head shall oversee all aspects of building systems, infrastructure maintenance, and facility operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant healthcare environment.

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee and coordinate all facilities maintenance activities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and building infrastructure
2. Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal functioning of all building systems
