Job Summary
The Facilities and Maintenance Head shall oversee all aspects of building systems, infrastructure maintenance, and facility operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant healthcare environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all facilities maintenance activities, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and building infrastructure
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal functioning of all building systems
- Manage the maintenance team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Monitor and control maintenance budgets, ensuring cost‑effective operations whilst maintaining service quality
