Licensed Electrical Engineer responsible for monitoring and ensuring that critical rooms and data center rooms are operating in optimum conditions.
Performs emergency maintenance and repair.
Has good level of understanding of electrical plans and single‑line diagram.
Monitors compliance of preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as condition of equipment and other systems within the building.
Monitors site utilities and provides control, analysis, and assist in forecasts of consumption based on budget.
Initiates meetings with different resource units, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure 100% uptime.
Assists with major project renovations and coordination with building personnel and other departments.
Ensures that the site is compliant with all regulatory requirements from the LGU and other related government agencies.
