About The Role
As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will provide administrative and logistical support to the facilities team, ensuring the smooth operation of day‑to‑day facilities activities. This includes coordinating maintenance, repairs, and renovations, as well as managing facilities‑related projects, vendors, work orders, and purchase orders.
What You’ll Do
- Stakeholder Management - build a strong and effective working relationship with all contract stakeholders
- Work Order Management - processing invoices and purchase orders
- Financial Reporting - prepare various accounting statements, monitor and update budgets
- Vendor Management - manage relationships with external vendors or suppliers to ensure they meet the organization’s quality, cost, and service requirements
- Admin Support - maintain records, communications, and documentation
