Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of office facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, and supplies.
- Monitor and manage facility-related budgets, invoices, and procurement processes.
- Assist in space planning, office moves, and workstation setups.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Respond promptly to facility-related requests and issues from employees.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and service reports.
- Support sustainability initiatives and workplace improvement projects.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support events, meetings, and special projects.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to facility usage, costs, and performance metrics.
