Job Description

The Facilities Coordinator role plays a vital part in delivering integrated facilities services at JLL, ensuring workplace experience and operational excellence.

Day‑to‑day responsibilities
  • Coordinate scheduling and delivery of integrated facilities services across office and laboratory environments.
  • Perform first‑line troubleshooting and basic repairs for electrical, HVAC, plumbing and mechanical issues.
  • Serve as the primary contact for approved third‑party service providers, managing soft services and technical maintenance tasks.
  • Organize and facilitate regular coordination meetings with vendors, FM teams and client representatives.
  • Conduct routine facility walkthroughs to monitor service delivery quality and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of service requests, vendor reports, work orders and operational logs within the CMMS.
