Job Title: Facilities Engineer

Position Summary

This person is responsible for understanding the infrastructure necessary to maintain the building, equipment, product and personnel, with regard to HVAC, humidity control, fire/sprinklers, power, plumbing, and gas. They will be responsible for validating, maintaining, troubleshooting and first level repairs of these systems installed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the installation of HVAC systems at the facility and their maintenance and use;
• Responsible for HVAC site technical changes and communication with vendors;
• Work site work coordination;
• HVAC System Verification and Validation Program, (DQ, IQ, OQ) for installed and implemented equipment;
• HVAC SOP document writing/training;

Education and/or Experience

• Engineering Education, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar certification in relative field (e....
