The role holder is responsible for conducting site inspections to ensure performance standards and procedures of FM Services providers performance is in line with FM contract scope of work. The role holder is responsible for scheduling inspections and generating WOs for deviations notices. Report generation for on compliance status and reporting the same to site manager on timely manner is one of the key functions of this role. Support FM team with civil and landscaping CAPEX projects scoping tendering project and snagging.
