Job Description
Responsibilities - Responsible for the day-to-day operational management
- Effective instruction and management of sites supervisors/cleaners to ensure delivery of daily operations covering required areas
- Coordinate, assign and manage tasks/works given
- Plan and deliver schedules for more specific needs such as periodic cleaning timetable, utilising available manpower and equipment
- Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment
- Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned
Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management or other discipline
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in cleaning, facilities services/management industries, hotels, commercials etc
- Required to possess class 3 driving license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytic and good persuasion skills
