Description

The Facilities Maintenance Technician 2 performs maintenance services to all company facilities. This position is responsible for maintaining repair cost, reporting the status of facilities maintenance requests, diagnosing needed repairs, leading projects and task assignments, and performing facilities repair services. The incumbent is expected to demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and values, collaborate with key internal/external resources, and participate in ongoing self‑development.

Essential Functions

• Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
