**FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN**

**$25–$32/hr | MULTIPLE SHIFTS AVAILABLE**

If you know your way around **HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance** , this is a solid, steady job. You’ll keep a large facility running right and fix problems as they come up.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

+ Work on **HVAC systems, pumps, boilers, and building utilities**
+ Handle **electrical repairs** — wiring, motors, fixtures, controls
+ Fix and maintain **plumbing systems**
+ Use hand and power tools for repairs and installs
+ Run **preventive maintenance** on equipment
+ Read gauges, meters, and system data
+ Keep records and complete work orders
+ Walk the facility and catch issues early

**WHAT YOU NEED**

+ Experience in **facilities or building maintenance**
+ Strong skills in **HVAC, electrical, or plumbing**
