Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Support

  • Assist in the coordination and monitoring of daily facilities operations across assigned sites
  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for M&E systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
  • Monitor service performance against SLAs and KPIs
  • 2. Administrative & Documentation

  • Maintain and update records such as maintenance logs, asset registers, and compliance documentation
  • Assist in preparation of reports (e.g., weekly/monthly FM reports, audit documentation)
  • Support tracking of certifications, permits, and statutory requirements
  • 3. Vendor & Contractor Coordination

  • Liaise with contractors and service providers for scheduled works and ad-hoc repairs
  • Assist in supervision of vendors and ensure compliance with safety and work standards
  • Support evaluation of contractor performance
