- Position Title: Facilities Manager
- Working Location: Buona Vista (Walk distance from MRT)
- Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowance + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities - Lead a team of executives to manage building operations and facilities, including outsourced M&E, cleaning, security, landscaping, and pest control services.
- Supervise the team and vendors, check work quality, and ensure maintenance services are completed according to contract requirements.
- Conduct regular building and M&E inspections, follow up on rectification works, and recommend improvements.
