We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance operations across multiple manufacturing facilities. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for all aspects of facility maintenance, including leading maintenance personnel, managing vendors, overseeing preventative maintenance programs, and supporting manufacturing operations through continuous improvement initiatives. This role combines leadership, project management, budgeting, vendor management, and hands-on technical expertise to maintain equipment, infrastructure, and overall facility performance.
