About the Role

• Oversee daily building and grounds upkeep, including custodial operations and overall facility cleanliness
• Implement and monitor security, safety, and emergency preparedness procedures
• Manage facilities preventive maintenance (in-house and equipment-related) and coordinate with 3rd‑party vendors
• Address day‑to‑day operational concerns and maintain strong coordination with building administration
• Track operational expenses and collaborate with business units to support facility needs

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred), with 5–7 years of experience in facility operations, vendor management, and team supervision
