Purpose of the Role The Facilities Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of site services, delivered through in-house teams and subcontractors. This includes overseeing technical maintenance of buildings and equipment, ensuring operational excellence, and driving high levels of client satisfaction and financial performance. The role requires effective leadership of site teams, adherence to contractual obligations, and alignment with sector strategy, statutory regulations, and client expectations. The incumbent will ensure efficient contract delivery while consistently enhancing the overall customer experience.
