Job Description
Responsibilities - Lead and oversee the Contractor’s works and services
- Implementing effective systems to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
- Coordinate closely with the Client to ensure service quality, address feedback, and maintain strong communication
- Prepare and submit monthly performance reports for the site, along with consolidated management reports, including feedback and action plans
- Support sites in planning and scheduling all works and services
- Collaborating with Project Manager on improvement initiatives
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements - Degree in Built Environment/Facilities Management/Engineering or related fields
- Min 5 years experience in similar positions
- Working hours: Mon-Fri (7am-4.30pm/8am-5.30pm/9am-6pm), Sat (7am-1pm)
- Salary: Up to $5200
- Location: Depending on site
