Role: Facilities Mannager
Location: Western Cape - Stellenbosch

What you’ll be responsible for: Full oversight of buildings, grounds, and all facility‑related areas Managing and leading a team of 8 staff members Coordinating and supervising two external contractor teams Ensuring maintenance is done proactively, not just reactively Overseeing tools, equipment, and general operational resources Maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑functioning environment Addressing issues quickly and implementing practical solutions

A background in construction or a strong technical understanding of facilities will be highly beneficial. More importantly, I’m looking for someone who is hands‑on, practical, and naturally takes responsibility. Someone who doesn’t overlook things and doesn’t wait to be told what needs attention.
