Job Scope - Perform 1st-level troubleshooting and repairs for M&E systems across warehouses, offices, and buildings.
- Liaise with subcontractors on maintenance projects and guide building Alteration & Addition (A&A) works.
- Deliver prompt support and response times for maintenance requests raised by internal teams.
- Handle reporting, track utility readings, and source vendor quotations for facility matters.
- Strict adherence to the Zero Safety Accident and Incident Policy at all times.
Requirements - Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Technician in a Facility Management/ Estate Management or related disciplines.
- Strong hands‑on technical skills in Mechanical, Electrical and Building Works.
- Strong in supervision skills for all contractor works.
