Shift: Monday - Friday, 4:30pm - 12:30am

Responsible for providing support and supervision over multiple locations while partnering with service providers to deliver exemplary customer service to our clients.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:

+ Visits/Inspects all buildings on a rotating basis to ensure cleaning is up to City Wide standards

+ Communicates policies and procedures to in-house employees and Independent Contractors (IC)

+ Conducts proper safety training to in-house employees and ICs

+ Trains on proper cleaning techniques to in-house employees

+ Partners with ICs to train on City Wide cleaning techniques

+ Acts as a liaison between independent contractor and FSM

+ Adheres to the Client Complaint Policy (physically verify, when possible)

+ Reports to FSM details of nightly inspections
