WORK DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for the safety, security and maintenance of of PHC’s visitors, staff, buildings, assets and reputation;
• Plan, develop and implement facilities management programs including 'preventive maintenance' and 'life cycle' requirements;
• Conduct and record facility inspections and ensure compliance with industry code standards for occupational health and safety requirements;
• Planning and supervising the repair, improvement, modification and maintenance of facilities;
• Control and ensure that relevant laws and regulations are fully complied with;
