Job Description

We’re looking for a practical, highly organised Facilities & Workplace Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day running of our Christchurch site.

This is a hands‑on coordination role in a fast‑paced environment, responsible for ensuring the workplace is safe, well‑maintained, and operating smoothly for a large engineering team.

This role is not an engineering position. It suits someone who enjoys structure, coordination, and keeping a busy site running reliably.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinating Health & Safety activities, including incident reporting, investigations, corrective actions and compliance documentation.
  • Maintaining Health & Safety records, registers, training records and audit documentation.
  • Supporting site inspections, audits, risk assessments and compliance activities.
