Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Assist in supervising and coordinating soft services such as janitorial, waste management, pantry and cafeteria services, event management, landscaping, pest control, transportation, and lockers.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and compliance requirements are met.
• Support collaboration with external service providers to resolve issues and ensure flawless service delivery.
• Track vendor performance and assist in gathering feedback for improvements.
• Assist with documentation, work order tracking, inventory management, and other administrative tasks.
