Operate and monitor steam boiler systems to ensure safe and efficient performance
Conduct routine inspection of boiler pressure, temperature, water level, valves, pumps, and related equipment
Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on boiler systems
Maintain daily boiler operation log sheets and maintenance records
Monitor fuel, water treatment, and steam distribution systems
Identify equipment faults and coordinate repair activities with maintenance teams
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, statutory requirements, and DOSH regulations
Conduct regular checks on safety devices, pressure gauges, alarms, and emergency shutdown systems
Support boiler inspection, servicing, and annual DOSH certification processes
Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices in the boiler room area
