• Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client expectations.
• Manage vendor relationships with maintenance providers in accordance with JLL’s vendor management guidelines.
• Ensure staff, contractors, and visitors comply with health and safety guidelines, policies, and rules.
• Escort vendors in a high‑security environment and ensure full compliance with all security guidelines.
• Review contractor permits and Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) prior to works being undertaken on site.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, including efficient completion of Work Requests on the database.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are complied with.
• Seek ways to constantly improve operational standards.
• Support requests associated with Jones Lang LaSalle Management, Operations and Financial audits.
