Job Description
Title: Facility Maintenance Technician
Location: Sandusky, MI (100% Onsite)Duration: 6 Months Contract
Pay Range: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour on W2
Shift: 1st Shift Responsibilities:
- Perform basic facility repairs including painting, patching, and minor carpentry.
- Assist with preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Perform basic plumbing repairs such as clearing drains or fixing small leaks.
- Perform basic mechanical tasks including lubrication and inspections.
- Report equipment issues to supervisors.
- Assist maintenance staff with repairs and installations
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and lockout/tagout requirements.
- Report on unsafe conditions or hazards.
Must Haves:
- High School Diploma or GED.
