Minimising Deduction / Penalty / Critical Events, prevent any implementation of clauses in the Concession Agreement (CA) that can cause damages or losses to the Company by the Contract Hospital; timely attended all the Work orders raised by the hospital staff and achieve good customer feedback survey.
Responsible to plan, organize, direct, implement, control and manage all the activities and resources effectively and efficiently for the five operations services in the service centre in order to achieve targets and objectives set by the management.
