Job Description
- Report and assist in responding to facility defects and damage
- Support requests to designated maintenance vendors and follow-up coordination
- Support communication and issue handling with the landlord regarding facility-related matters
- Assist with minor maintenance, site upkeep, and equipment checks
- Clean the entire space and office area daily before mall opening hours
- Carry out special cleaning and repair work for contaminated facilities twice a month
