Assist in building facilities preventive and ad-hoc maintenance & cleaning works Conduct periodic routine inspections and tasks for the proper operations of the building Hands-on and able to carry out handyman and breakdown maintenance works (e.g. electrical, sanitary, servicing to electrical and plumbing defects, painting work, building / estate repair works & etc.) Assist in the supervision of maintenance and servicing works carried out by contractors Manage service contractors and sub-contractors on site work and to report irregularities to site manager Able to perform simple troubleshoot issues Attend to breakdown of building client service calls Preparation of reports and administration at the project site. Other duties as assigned Requirements: Relevant working experience in operations Have knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Words and Microsoft Excel) Able to interact with people and a good team player
