Job Description
Responsibilities and duties - Make sure that all the machines in the plant are operational and are in good working condition.
- Carry out maintenance of the machine as per the instruction from the Production Manager and Maintenance Engineer.
- Assign jobs to all workers as per the instruction received from the management.
- Supervise the workers and make sure that the job is carried out as per the requirement.
- Ensure that the machine hall and surrounding areas are clean and tidy.
- Constantly try to improve the workmanship and to reduce the down time of the machine.
- Take charge in the profiling, saw unit, stacking, and wrapping unit in the absence of the machine operators.
- Attend and solve the mechanical faults in the machine as per the instruction from the Production Manager and Maintenance Engineer.
