Job Description
Our client is seeking a hardworking building administrator to help service a client site in Santa Monica, CA.

· Ability to communicate effectively and accurately using MS Word/ Excel/Outlook/Google.
· Prepare requisitions to order parts and supplies as needed.
· Oversee assigned helpers, maintain accurate record of inspections and work performed.
· Use online facility management (CMMS) software system to create, input, track repairs/PM services.
