Job Description

The Recovery from Addictions Program (RAP) Complaints Department is seeking an experienced professional to conduct fact-finding investigations of complaints filed by clients, staff and/or other persons. Other duties include maintaining database information, maintaining logs, and files of complaints, drafting reports and decision letters. *_Please note:_* The selected candidate will work 37.5 hours per week on first shift from 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday - Friday. The days off will be scheduled as Sunday and Saturday.
