We are hiring a Factory Manager to join a leading global total brand activation company in their Dubai location. They work with major names to deliver everything from exhibitions and world expos to retail environments, museums, and sports overlays. This is an incredible opportunity to lead operations within a highly diverse and inspired professional network.

As a Factory Manager you will lead and manage the end to end operations of the production facility. You will ensure the timely, cost effective, and high quality fabrication of exhibition stands, event structures, and bespoke fit outs. In this role you will be responsible for strategic planning, team leadership, operational efficiency, health and safety, and continuous improvement across all factory functions.
