A leading chemical company situated in Gauteng is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Factory Manager to join their team.
The successful incumbent for this position will be responsible for:
Management and supervision of a busy specialty chemical factory.
Ordering of raw materials.
Arranging daily production schedules (production planning).
Health & Safety.
Labour Relations (staff management, discipline - warnings, hearings, etc assisted by HR).
Compliance – SABS, NRCS, ISO, etc.
Product failure and customer complaints.
Key requirements:
4 years relevant experience
Computer skills: MS Suite, SAGE ERP
Bachelors/Diploma in Chemistry
