Job Description
Responsibilities - Overall in charge of all the activities occurring in the assembly, factory and building compound
- Workwith supervisors and other managers to assess optimal space utilizationso that assembly works/ manufacturing works can be carried out smoothly
- Work with storeman to plan and organize inventory storage to ensure optimal utilization of space
- Execute a system plan and strategy for the factory to be more systematic and organize
- Ensure safety regulations and policies are implemented among the factory staff
- Ensure machineries are handled appropriately
- Plan on resources to deliver on time so that production / assembly works will not be held back
- Organize and solve issues arise to ensure a smooth efficient production is maintained
