This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and skilled individual to join the Faculty of Mathematics' professional services team as Undergraduate Office Manager. The successful candidate will lead a team of dedicated administrators, delivering high-quality support across all aspects of undergraduate education.

The Faculty admits around 250 undergraduate students each year, and the team provides operational support for all core functions of the undergraduate programme, such as timetabling, course administration, and examinations for more than 1,500 students. This makes for a busy and varied role, and the appointed candidate will be required to develop an in‑depth understanding of all aspects of operations so they can support and successfully lead the Undergraduate Office team.
