Are you ready to take guest service to the next level? At Fairmont Banff Springs, we’re seeking a dedicated Fairmont Gold Supervisor to join our elite team. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our guests experience exceptional service and unforgettable stays in our luxurious “hotel within a hotel.”

Successful applicants will be matched to available positions based on previous relevant work experience.

Starting Rate: $24.74 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $29.31

Job Duties Include:

Fairmont Gold Supervisor

• Provide excellence in guest service and act as liaison between the hotel and our guests, always responding to guest requests and concerns in a personal, prompt, and courteous manner with the ability to think “outside the box.”
