We are looking for a Business Services Analyst to join our growing team. This role provides high‑value support to our Business Unit and offers the opportunity to learn about business operations and client services in an advanced environment. The Business Services Analyst will work closely with CGI Consultants, Directors, and Executives on a full range of business operations, program management, and resourcing activities.

Desired start date: September 2026. Application deadline: May 25 2026. Work term length: 8 months. Pay range: $18‑32 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Daily activities include data analysis, client service, and delivery of Business Operational Reports.
• Client communication: respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and troubleshoot.
• Complete audit requirements, including audit logs and reports.
• Onboard new clients: agreements, communication support, and maintain client satisfaction.
