Wavertree Family Hub (17.5 hours)

Salary: £25,583 per annum (pro – rate ) – 14.02 £ per hour

Contract: Till 31st March 2027

We are looking for enthusiastic and community-focused Family Hub Navigator to join our team.

You will be the first point of contact for families with children aged 0–19 (up to 25 for children with SEND), offering advice, guidance and signposting to Family Hub services, local community support and city-wide services. You will also play a key role within the Family Hub reception team, ensuring families feel welcomed and supported.
