The Role

As a Family Law Paralegal, you will be supporting 2 Senior Solicitors at a Boutique Family Law Practice. Duties include:

• Drafting Disclosure documents, preparation of court documents, Consent Orders, Applications and correspondence,
• Drafting Divorce applications
• Working in Drop Box, monthly billings, preparation of electronic Briefs to Barristers,
• Dealing with clients, organising meetings and diary management, bring ups
• E filing on the Portal

You

You will have a minimum of 2 years Family Law Paralegal experience.

The Law Firm / Salary

Well established boutique Family Law firm with 30 staff. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (between $75,000 - $90,000 plus super).
