Major Duties and Responsibilities : The Family Support Navigator (FSN) is an active member in the FLACRA team and provides peer support services to family members of individuals with serious mental illness and or substance use. Under the supervision of the Program Manager the FSN will function as a role model to peers, family members and the community exhibiting competency in personal recovery and use of coping skills; serve as a consumer advocate, providing consumer information and peer support for clients in outpatient and inpatient settings.
