**Family Medicine Physician**

Reports To: Chief Medical Officer

**Compensation & Incentives**

+ **Salary:** $285,000 – $335,000 annually (based on experience)
+ **Signing Bonus:** Up to **$20,000**

**Schedule & Work-Life Balance**

+ Monday – Friday schedule
+ Works **2 Saturdays per month**
+ Providers receive **one weekday off** during weeks a Saturday is worked
+ **Admin Day every other week** (non–patient facing)
+ **No hospital call or rounding**

**Clinic Hours**
Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Some late shifts: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
