Essential Functions: ASSESSMENT - Obtain a comprehensive general health history.
- Provides Family Medicine to include medical services within the scope of licensure, credentialing and current standard of care that may impact health care and health outcomes.
- Screen for health risks and health promotion needs.
- Perform a comprehensive physical examination.
- Obtain a problem-focused health history.
- Perform a problem-focused physical examination.
- Identify deviations from normal findings in history and physical examination.
- Order or perform screening and diagnostic tests based on findings from history and physical examination.
